Each of our pieces is produced through a preorder system to ensure quality, reduce waste, and allow every item to receive the attention it deserves. Please review the following before placing your order.
Production Timeline
Collection II is produced on a preorder basis. Production typically takes 3–4 weeks after the preorder period ends. Orders will then proceed to Lumetri’s scheduled fulfillment cycle once production and quality checks are completed.
Customers will receive regular production updates through Lumetri's official Facebook page's posts.
Estimated Release
Orders will be prepared and released through Lumetri’s scheduled fulfillment cycle. Pickup and delivery arrangements will generally take place around the announced release date, depending on production completion and preparation.
Refund Guarantee
We value your trust.
If Lumetri is unable to announce the official release of your preorder within 60 days after the preorder period closes, you may request a full refund.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
This guarantee does not apply if delays are caused by force majeure events beyond Lumetri's reasonable control (such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or courier disruptions).
Claiming
Lumetri currently does not operate a physical store.Orders may be claimed through:
– Official Lumetri pickup locations
– Partner university events and activations
– Courier delivery
Pickup schedules and locations will always be announced through Lumetri's official Facebook page before release.
Delivery
Delivery is available through Lumetri’s scheduled fulfillment cycle. Delivery fees apply depending on the selected option during checkout/order submission.
Orders are consolidated and dispatched according to Lumetri’s announced fulfillment schedule.
