Are the BU Lanyards still available?
Yes! Our BU Lanyards are currently available for order, subject to availability. You may visit lumetri.shop to view and reserve your preferred design.
When will my order be ready?
As a student-led, BU-based business, we process orders through monthly fulfillment cycles. Orders are generally released on or around the 15th of each month. If your order is not included in the current cycle, it will be processed in the next fulfillment cycle.
What are my pickup and delivery options?
You may choose Campus Pickup for an additional ₱15 or delivery for an additional ₱70. You may also claim your order at selected Lumetri pop-up booths at the Main Campus without an additional claiming fee.
How does Campus Pickup work?
Select your preferred available pickup site when arranging your claiming option and pay the additional ₱15 Campus Pickup fee. We'll send further instructions once your order has been endorsed to the pickup site.
Can graduates or non-BU students purchase Lumetri products?
Absolutely! Lumetri products are available to everyone. You don't have to be a current Bicol University student to place an order, and delivery is available for those who prefer to receive their orders directly.
